Hi everyone
I am planning to visit Italy on my next vacation between first and 5th of August , visiting Italy was always one of my dreams however I am afraid that I will miss some site seeing since it's my first, so I am looking for someone can advise about that or maybe can join if possible that will make it easy I think and because my Italian language is so bad .
So welcome to anyone and let's talk about it ...

If you have four nights, you have time for only one major city in Italy - Rome, Florence or Venice would work. You don't need to worry about speaking Italian.
You've picked peak holiday season, when tourist sites will be busy, the weather will be hot, and prices will be high.
As above..if that is all the time you have,then pick one city.
It will be like a long weekend trip..mot enough time to fit in more places.As a general introduction I'd pick Rome,though any of the Holy Trinity will do (depending on your interests).
Those places see loads of tourists,you casn get by without speaking Italian....
I can only repeat what others have already mentioned. With the limited time you have, pick "only" one city, you don't really have time for more. If you pick Florence, you could do a day trip into another city in Tuscany. If you pick Venice, you could spend a day on an island near Venice like Burano or Pellestrina. If you pick Rome, I would stick to Rome. Myself, I would go for Venice, but that's me and what I like.
Not a problem at all that you don't speak Italian, you can easily get by with English.
I think Rome rewards 4-5 nights much more than either Florence or Venice - interesting as they both are.

As the others told you, 5 days are really a short time and is better for you to find one city or one small city and visit it. Actually I don't reccomend you to visit big city as Rome, Florence and Venice in August, they are full of tourist and it's very hot, so not the right weather for looking around.
I can suggest you to spend those day on some mountain place or seaside or we have very nice lake with beautiful villages to visit: for example Garda Lake or Iseo lake or Maggiore lake...they are close to mountain and in 5 days you can take your time and visit some village on the mountain and some on the lake...anyway it is high season so the prices will be higher and you will find people around even during the week but at least not many as big city. Abou the language, don't worry you can find some one that speak english ^^
