bergamo help where to stay

I've found a great sounding b&b in Bergamo, it's on via borgo palazzo no 39. I'm struggling to find out how far walking distance from train station and old town. I've asked the guest house a couple of time but they just say 'near'! This road looks a long one on a map and i'm hoping no 39 is near the centre! Thanks for any help you can give.
