A good city for a 1 year old in Emilia Ronagna or Tuscany

Hi All,

What city in Tuscany or Emilia Romagna would you recommend to someone who is looking for a city:
with some clean parks
where accomodation in the centre is affordable (not more than 120 euro's for a double)(and can you recommend a child friendly place?)
where you could spend a day or three


I'm not looking for a city with a lot of 'highlights' like churches, musea, etc. Just a place that has lots of terraces with good coffe, good pizzas and good ice cream, a park where my daughter can play in the grass and where we can afford accomodation in the centre.
