Hi, Im taking a trip to Greece and am wondering about the prices and opening times for Piraeus ferry tickets to the Cyclades. Is buying a ticket for a morning ferry unwise or difficult. thanks for the help

I will be visiting Santorini in August with my girlfriend for 3 nights. I've had a look at flights to the island and they seem a bit pricey. We could save a substantial amount of money by taking the ferry to the island instead but as we have limited time (as per my previous post) I was just wondering how reliable they are? Hi here are some advise about some of the best beaches in Greece.Mylopotas beach in Ios ,Koukounaries beach in Skiathos ,Vai the palm beach and elounda beach in Crete ,Sidari and Paleokastritsa beach in Corfu and of course the nude beach of super paradise in Mykonos

off to mykonos and i want to stay in a town where there is some activity, good bus service, beach, tavernas, etc. but probably not in main port town.
i know paros perfectly and if anyone is familiar with both paros and mykonos, i stay in logaras and piso livadi when i am on paros. that is the type of town i am looking for.
any suggestions?
also going to combine siros and tinos this trip...once again: best towns to stay on both of those islands?

From Venice (Italy) to Patras with boat, from there to Athens. We spend 2 nights in a budget hotel there (allready reservated) and then we travel from Piareus to Santorini. I have been offered to join a group which is scheduled to leave Crete for Malta for a sailing trip on Aug 11. While I was looking ferry schedules from Rhodes to Crete, I found this airline. They fly from Rhodes to Heraklion everyday.

My question: Has anybody taken a flight with this airline before? What is their "delay" report card? I understand that this is a one-plane-airline. If my Aug 10 flight would be delayed, it would be very hard for me to be in Crete next day, right? What would be my…

I will be traveling to Greece with a group of friends between june 22 to july 2 visiting Athens, mykonos and santorini.
but i want to visit the shipwreck - navagio in Zakynthos -zante.
This is something that i will be doing on my own! either arrive before my friends and meet up later or after they leave.
my questions are:

How long does it take to go to the island from Athens?
how easy is it? cost? would 3 days rt be enough?
