And also, is there any tour available to Meteora from Trikala?
Or, if not, approximately how much is it to hire a taxi tour to Meteora?
(4 hours stay in Meteora is desirable)

Larisa to Trikala : 06:00, 06:45, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00,13:30 (express), 14:00, 15:00(express), 16:00 (express), 17:00, 18:30, 19:30, 21:00.
Trikala to Larisa : 05:20, 06:30 (express), 07:30, 08:30 (express), 10:00, 12:00, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00.
Trikala to Kalambaka every half hour or so. Kalambaka to Meteora 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 16:00 (starting April 1- ending October).
4 hours sounds a bit short, but perhaps something like this could suit you:
