Arimar is a tourist agent and has radio cabs at his disposal, of course it would be a little more, but they help with tickets, baggage etc. The original question was a resonable priced pre booked taxi , so this is not a bus or metro thing. Of course those are cheap. So, choose what is best for each person and hope it goes well.
