Does anyone have an idea about some site that has plans and designs for some type of two story condominums or apartments that would be a complex type thing with gardens etc. in a mediterranean style for the Greek country side. We need a complex to blend into the environment, stone etc. tile roofs. We are builders and want to find something near what we want so we can convey it to our architect to give him a starting point. We would not copy exactly because we have our own ideas, but something that would work well as a complex design with out lots of tall buildings. low up to 2 stories. I know this is a strange request, but I am just curious to see what is available. thanks

If you use Google.com and use search keywords like "[Location] Real Estate" you can search through the listings until you find what you seek. I'm not sure how large the 'comlplex' will be, but I've seen some of what you're looking for online before. Understand that each location has its own architectural details and a tile roof is not necessarily one you'll find on every website, so it might take you some time.

THanks for the reply.I have used google and found a few things, but seeing there are so many sites, I thought maybe someone knows of some certain site that may be really usefull. I will keep trying of course, but was interested in what someone may know besides this. I know this is a difficult question, but it will be interesting what people have to share about this. We know exactly what we need and what we want, but it would be great to see something exactly what we need to share with the architect. I can draw it out, but seeing something already in a form that is interesting will make a difference in how to get it across to someone else. If Possible!!! you can see a renovation from beginning to end on www.unnidejong.com to get an idea of our style and requirements. this was in the OIKIA magazine of July 2005 in Greece for traditional houses in Greece and we want to make a small complex that is like this style but affordable for many people who don't want to spend alot of money on a vacation house, plus maybe be rentable when not in use. As stated before, each area in Greece has a distinctive building style, so I guess it's important to know where you are located.
Greek developers don't usually publish architectural designs - but a site that came to my mind is the site of the Traditional Village of Milia on Crete: http://www.milia.gr/english.html
Maybe if this is what you like you could contact them?
