we just got back from lefkas in greece. and its amazing. the water is beyond belief. the bars on the beach are clean and you can dance by the pools, not spolit by too many tourists either.
we put in 6 hour sessions of swimming and suntanning daily, only to relax in the pool, grab a beer then dine in for some pitas and salads and fried cheese with lemon at the end of the day. truly worth checking out. 6 hour pleasant bus ride from athens.
once you go youll be hooked.
look Lefkada up on a map. or google Porto Katsiki, youll be sold. beaches are incredible.sloping cliffs, aqua warm water, sun glistens all day long.
