Hi All,

I need some help in trying to work out transport from Florina to Kalambaka.
I'll be traveling to Northern Greece Mid June. Getting information from KTEL from abroad is VERY difficult.

I've read that it's possible to travel from Florina to Kalambaka via KTEL on a Ioaninna bound bus , alighting at Metsovo and then connecting to a Trikala bound bus. If anyone has any info on timetables / fares your assistance would be most appreciated.

Try www.ktelioannina.gr and www.ktel-trikala.gr.

It's probably easiest to take a bus to Thessaloniki and then a train to Kalambaka. There are four buses a day and four trains a day.

Thank you Olive_Farmer . I was trying to avoid doing this as I am leaving Greece from Thessaloniki and don't want to backtrack if i can help it. If any other ideas feel free to let me know.
