LP has six ferries leaving from 9am to 12.50pm daily, except Monday, for EU6.50.
In May 07 the last ferries left at 11am and the cost was EU12.50 return. Only three ferries (9am, 10am and 11am.)
There is at least on other operator who does a tour for EU35.00, but that also leaves at 10am.
The last ferry back is at 3pm.
So, a little less accessible than LP would have it, but still worth the effort. On a clear day the climb to the top of the hill rewards you with spectacular views and some really old Cylcadic dwellings (assuming you're interested inthat sort of thing).

That sort of thing is not old, it´s ancient.

#2 but it's not as old as Ayers Rock, which to some, is just another "rock"
