So, now I need help for charter package flights, preferably that includes accommodation Gatwick to Santorini - brotherleelove - I hope you have some comments.

Libbyrob, there are charter flights from the UK (you can find them through Google, eg http://www.charterflights.co.uk/) but I find them rather inflexible, as you don't have much choice of departure date and time, length of stay, etc. Fine if you want to stay for exactly 7 or 14 days, and you don't mind which day it departs, though.
EasyJet has flights from Gatwick (also Luton) to Athens, and if he acts quickly may get a good rate. Also, there are sometimes good deals on expedia.co.uk and opodo.co.uk for flights with the major airlines.

My favoured sources for package deals (and charter flights ) are www.holidaywarehouse.co.uk and www.travelsupermarket.com. The travel companies only fly to Greece until early/mid-October as this is the very tail-end of the season. A quick look reveals that Thomson Holidays have 14 day packages leaving Gatwick 4th October. Otherwise, as stated above, Easyjet fares to Athens should be quite low for this period, from where you can fly or ferry to Santorini, where accommodation will be plentiful. There is also a campsite at Perissa if this appeals. Good luck !
