So we also want to ask if anyone has had much experience with the room offered on arrival? We are totally ignorant of this - ie have never done it before.. are there many offerers who speak english (we have little/no greek short of please and thanks)... are there any tricks to watch out for?
If we arrive on an island and cant find accommodation (and cant get a ferry back) do the authorities FROWN on sleeping wherever?
We are leaving for there tommrrow, and had stupidly relied on our LP guide - without it we are at a bit of a loss! so any help/advice would be great!
