The hansel and gretel / Red Riding hood / moody etc - a town where I can easily get outside and walk through dense woods.

Next week I have a flight arriving at the main Frankfurt airport at 1pm and a flight departing the Hahn airport at 5pm. What is the best way to get to the Hahn Airport from the main Frankfurt airport? How long does it take? I was forced to do this because I could not find any decent evening flight connection to anywhere in southern Portugal or Andalusia Spain from the Frankfurt main airport. The only good evening flight connection was at Hahn.

I'm thinking about doing a weekend on the Baltic coast (Rügen or Darß) in middle November. Yes it will be chilly, but if the sun is out even sitting in a Strandkorb with some wine and a book would be relaxing. I won't have a car, so arrival by train is my option.
Does anyone know of some (real) farm stays in that area? Another option would be a historical pension or hotel in the countryside or one of the sea towns like Sellin or Binz on Rügen. My budget is 60-70€ per night in a single.

Heading off to Berlin next week - been a few times - fascinated with history of this city especially World War 2 and the Cold War (Berlin Wall).
Anyone please suggest the most informative 3rd Reich tour that goes into a bit of depth and may take you to relatively unknown sites.
Also any former watchtowers etc remaining please let me know or books or websites with say Berlin before / after World War 2, Cold War / post 1989.
