There are a few things I would like to see in the Bodensee area or close to this area, such as

Pfahlbau Museum
Affenburg - Monkey Mountain
Schulmuseum Freidrichshafen - though been here previous do not want to go back (only as so much more to see) but very interested to see an old style school - if you can recommend another anywhere in Southern Germany happy to consider.
Meersburg Castle
Upper Swabia Museumdorf
Open Air Museum - Neuhausen
Possibly Walter Zoo
Omas Kaufhaus

Frankfurt is our top choice. but people say theres nothing exciting to see in Frankfurt so we are having second thoughts. Any interesting city between Berlin and Paris we can spend overnight that is more interesting than Frankfurt? we need your input.

Subject pretty much says it all. Two non-German speaking girls land about 1am at Schönefeld and need to get Tegel for a 7am to CDG. Price and reliability are the desiderata.

Finnlines only go to Latvia and then onto St Petersburg. I cant find any company doing the above route

We are a couple visiting Munich for 3 days from July 12th. We are interested in history, architecture, culture and the local cuisine. We have done some research and found the list of usual suspects. Was looking for some inputs on some quaint tips which such as great place to have local food , the must eats , a historical place that is a must visit , a street that is old and has history. I guess the list would be endless when it comes to Munich, but some useful tips would be appreciated.

I will be on business around the Moselle River this week. It turned at the last moment that I will have half of this Saturday for relaxed sight-seeing. I am thinking about one of these two: Traben-Trarbach or Beilstein? What would you recommend for half a day visit? Which is more picturesque?
