Hi All,
I am trying to book a train ticket from Frankfurt to Hamburg on the Die Bahn website. It seems I can only book one ticket at a time - is this right? And then when I continue further with my booking, it asks about some sort of seat reservation and when I say 2 (as there are 2 of us) it won't let me do it?
Also, it says to receive the ticket in the mail takes 2-3 days - is this true for Australia also?
Thanks.

Not sure what you mean: Same ticket for several persons or several different tickets? You may book one ticket for both of you (or in fact for any small group up to five) at once, i.e. when the 'extended'-booking page is displayed, you'll see the category 'pricing' / 'Travellers' near the bottom, where you can add more persons to your booking. Note that seat reservation is not compulsory (but I would recommend it for such a busy stretch).
Apart from mailing (I doubt it will be that fast for Australia), you could consider printing the ticket yourself, but be aware of the smallprint (most important: you'll have to produce the credit card by which you made the booking to the conductor).
For delivery outside Europe DB asks for 7 work days.
But as this is a domestic trip select "Online-Ticket (for self printing)". Than you can print the ticket directly on your printer at home. Just don't forget the ticket and the credit card you used to pay for it.
If you buy one ticket for 2 persons you can also reserve seats for 2 persons if you like. Has the advantage that the system will try its best, that you can seat together.
