Does anyone know anything about Schwäbisch Hall?

Schwaebisch Hall is a small city in Baden-Wuerttemberg with some attractions,
though. It hosts an open air theater festival in summer taking place on the
stairs in front of the main church. It is a nice spot for an afternoon or even
a day as the architecture is typical and you can also visit the Wuerth museum
on the other side of Kocher river.

Schwäbisch Hall on Wikipedia.
Schwäbisch Hall

Makes a nice tourist destination not overrun with tourists. Also a nice place to live at - as long you're not by default allergic to smaller cities.

Thinking of doing a Goethe Institut course there?

Schwäbisch Hall Hessental is the main train station and a bit out of the city, transfer to town by bus, Schwäbisch Hall Hauptbahnhof served by less trains. Similar to Kassel Wilhelmshöhe and Kassel Hauptbahnhof...;)

Nice quiet rural area, not overrun with tourists.
For some its too quiet and they call it "Schwäbisch-Sibirien" (Swabish Siberia).

Definetely worth a visit.
Don't miss the Freilandmuseum Wackershofen, where rebuilt old farm houses show the life of the local population in former centuries.
