My trip is in couple of days and i am very frustrated with this train situation.

I went to the bahn usa version website and had everything nice and pleasantly presented to me in regards to what passes i need. From their articles i figured i want the twin german rail pass. So i ordered one online. All i got was an email confirmation of my order (with an order number). I don't see anything in my email of a pdf for a ticket or anywhere on the website that i can print.

On top of that i am super worried about me getting to Prague (that's my first stop from nuremberg). I was planning getting the extension pass they are selling. When you get on that webiste it talks about the extension pass which will get you on a bus but says that there is a mandatory registration! i cant buy the pass because it requests a railway pass number.

I cant seem to find an answer on the internet. I dont know who to call... I am frustrated...
Somebody save me please.

Well, I am not sure when you ordered your pass. But passes can take up to 8 weeks to arrive to your house. So if you recently ordered them, that is probably the problem here.

The USA site has a phone number + 49 1806 - 996633

Worse case scenario I would ask for a refund... Or bring your paper with the confirmation number to a DB office in Germany... I have never had a problem with them and I am sure things could be resolved smoothly.

No need to worry about buying any extension pass for the Czech Republic. Train tickets are very cheap there, probably cheaper in total than your pass would be.

You German Rail Pass is valid all over Germany I think that means right til the Czech border. Fortunately on Czech trains you can still buy your tickets on board for a neglegible surcharge, so you don't even have to de-train to buy the tickets for theCzech part of the trip. Just buy the tickets to Prague from the Czech conductor when ho comes to check the tickets.

The Domazlice(first CZ station) to Prague ticket should be 174 CZK about 9 USD!
