Hi there,

Just wondered if anyone's recently taken the bus from Frankfurt Hahn airport to Frankfurt HBH after the Ryanair flight from Stansted. How easy is it to get from where the plane lands to Terminal B where the bus goes from, and does it take long?
Thank you!

Hi,
I haven't been there but the airport website does have a map which shows the two locations where the bus stops...it's a rather small airport...unfortunately they don't show which is A and which is B on the map..
https://www.hahn-airport.de/default.aspx?menu=terminal_plan&cc=en
Even better, Wiki came through:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankfurt%E2%80%93Hahn_Airport#Terminals
"The airport consists of one passenger and one cargo terminal. The passenger terminal is equipped with some shops and restaurants, for example a branch of McDonald's.[10] The apron features eleven stands for mid-sized aircraft such as the Boeing 737 which are reached by walk-boarding."
Here's a map of the airport from another airline which shows the relationship between the planes and the terminal...and that the passenger terminal is at one end, the other is the freight:

also: http://www.dvz.de/uploads/pics/FlughafenHahn070313dpa.jpg
the second one shows the planes on the apron in relationship to the terminal.
Hope this gives you a better idea of the layout and distance involved.
Good luck

I would say between 15 - 30 mins, little depends on how far away from the terminal your plane will park, you have to walk there are no busses taking you to the terminal.

Bohr busses have a schedule that considers in coming and out going flights, the bus will not wait in case your flight is delaied, maybe it'll wait 5 - 10 mins max., as far as I know the last bus will wait for passengers in case of a delay.

It's a tiny airport, walking along the whole terminal A+B will not even take 5 mins.
