Anyone been to a Wichtel Brewery?

I dont know if this is just a Southern German thing but there is a great place that has great beer(of course) and these pizza like pies.
In addition to the brewery in Stuttgart they had another location that was closer to a beer garden.

Nope. But what do they call the "pizza like pies"? Are they Flammkuchen, and do you by any chance know how they are made?

No they are basically pizza. Sorry for the confusion, They have crust,cheese,sause,meat etc

I had to google them myself, too: It's the name of a small, local brewery in Ditzingen/Stuttgart. There are actually quite a few of those still around, a page called beerguide lists and remarks a lot of/on them all over southern Germany.
