8 hours stop over in Dusseldorf

I have 8 hours stop over (from 6 to 14) in Dusseldorf. Please advise me how to (in easiest way) get to the city and what is "must see" there.

Take the S-Bahn (train) to downtown Dusseldorf and stroll around the city center.

Agree. Instructions: http://www.dus.com/dus_en/bahn/. Check out Aldstadt, try some of the local beer, which is, er, local to the region. Rather dark stuff.
