Here is a good and detailed street art guide you can download

You will probably find more here and a few photo essays of the same. http://anyportinastorm.proboards.com/board/46/paris
Two of the biggest graffiti walls in Paris are rue de l'Ourcq (starting from metro Ourcq) in the 19th arrondissement and rue Ordener between metro Marcadet-Poissonniers and metro Marx Dormoy in the 18th.
Unfortunately, the famous 'graffiti street' rue Desnoyez in the 20th arrondissement is in decline as another large section is to be demolished for construction of social housing, but there are still plenty of things to see in that area if you poke around.
This particular photo thread has photos from all over the world, but the majority of them were taken in Paris, especially all of the ones posted under my name: http://anyportinastorm.proboards.com/thread/966/graphic-street-art?page=1
When I was there in April I found that the "Canal St.Denis" looks like a hotspot for street art
and the Metro-Stopp will be "Jaurès", also all around the "Centre Pompidou" has some street-art
to offer...
Actually the Canal de l'Ourcq is great for street art, but you have to walk quite a way out of Paris to get to the good stuff. However, the walking and bike path are excellent, and if you persevere enough, you can walk all the way to Bobigny and take the metro back from there.
I'll try and dig up the report I made of that later on.
