Hello,

My wife and I will be visiting Canada in July. I am Canadian, and my wife is Russian. We will be leaving from Sheremyetevo Airport, with a layover at Charles De Gaul, before heading to Toronto Pearson Airport. Our layover is only 3 hours there, and 4 hours on the way back.

Looking online, I have found that she will not need a transit visa, but my wife has found some things showing that she will need one. Can anyone clarify if we will need a transit (or Shengen) visa for this trip.

Thanks!

It was easier to google the answer than to join TT to ask one question:

Your wife will not need a visa to change flights at CDG if she does not leave the transfer/transit zone.

Do you also change flights in the US? If so, she will need a US visa.
