Hi everyone
My wife and I are going to be in Villefranche sur mer in early June and it will be my wife's birthday. Does anyone have any ideas of things to do for a special day in the area or elsewhere in the Cote D'Azur? We have a car but won't want to spend too much time in it on this day. If anyone has any recommendations for great restaurants or things to do then it would be greatly appreciated.

If you like walking theres a great circular walk around cap-ferat (there are some posh nice looking restaurants in St John (sp?) or a longer hike from Cap D'ail up the hill to la turbe then along to Eze Village before down hill to Eze borde de la mere, use the bus.
There's a good fish restaurant in Villefranche, cant rember the name, will try to find out for you. there are loads of good restaurants in Nice such as Esacalinada or Taca d'olio which are in the old town very close to where the Bus from Villfrance stops, dont know what time the last bus back goes tho.
