The houses that you'll find on these sites will almost certainly be available at the local Notaires for a lot less. Example;€208,000 at our village Century21 for a house near us is €195,000 at the the Notiare.

#3 Not all notaries work as real estate agents, and even if they did, they would be extremely localized. The OP is looking for a France-wide website.

I've dealt with eight notaires in France and all of them sell houses. I'm sure there are ones that don't sell houses- it's just that I haven't come across one. Extremely localized? Try the Notaires de France website, it covers the whole of France. Alternatively, go to an estate agent and pay a huge commission and get nothing for it and on the day you sign for the house you 'll end up doing it all in the Notaires office.
