Is the Paris Pass worth the money?

The Paris MUSEUM Pass is worth it for all the great museums it covers. In the case of the Louvre and the Musee D'orsay, the pass allows you to skip the gargantuan ticket lines. Saves a lot of time and money if you are planning to hit a lot of the museums. The "Paris Pass" covers museums and public transit. It's high price really doesn't pencil out as being a good deal.

It all depends on what you want to see, look at what is included and if you want to do a lot of that and can fit it in, then yest it is, but if you don't plan on many of the things included then no its not.

I agree with Kenko. The MUSEUM Pass is usually well worth the money. The Paris Pass is just a tourist rip-off, an envelope filled with coupons to things that, if purchased separately, would save you a LOT of money. In addition, it contains coupons and discounts for myriad things no one in their right mind would be interested in doing, even after numerous trips to Paris. You'd have to stay awake 24/7 and run all over the city to get your money's worth.

She is the museum lady,so maybe she wants to live in them 24/7?

Anyway..agree with most of the above. The Museum Pass is a good deal,if you want to visit most/all of the places that are included ;-)

The other 'Paris'pass is not a good deal for the majority of people.Maybe if you are 'sight'box-checker,and are happy to do 10 or more 'sights' a day......and travel constantly.Bus tours, boat tours, walking tours..you name it....

Yes, I noted that she is the Museumlady. That's why I suggested the Paris Museum Pass instead of the Paris Pass. One of the things that's good about the Museum Pass is that you can keep going to the same museum on different occasions (within the dates you've purchased the pass for), which works well for a lot of people who don't want to spend 6 hours in a single museum locale.

Hello,
You can take it depending on what museum an dplaces you want to go.
But for the subway, you should by one according of the lenght of your stay (1 week, 2 weeks...) because it is a big budget in Paris.
