I´d be surprised if you get any responses here. There is a separate branch for this as well, have a look. But even there, chances are low you ll get a reply with such a vague itinerary.
Why not travel alone ? You ll meet up people along the road easily, provided you stay in hostels with a communal space, like a kitchen or lounge area.
