Hey

Im from Montreal so I can speak English and French very well and was hoping someone could offer some advice on how to get a job in Cannes or Antibes.

Ill be there starting June 20th for about a month and a half or two months.

I have bartending expirience and office expirience as well but im willing to take pretty much any job.... Im just afraid that there wont be any positions available...

Someone please help...

You might also look on AngloInfo, and find the Riviera version. There's a forum with classified ads (jobs wanted/offered). You could scan through these ads, or even join and post.
This is a board that is for English-speaking people who live/work on the Cote d'Azure.

due to its size, you may have more luck in Nice. Was there 3 weeks ago and there was at least one cafe/bar with a sign up advertising for waiting staff. Word of mouth may be the best way to approach you hunting. Also bear in mind that high season is July August to coincide with the majot French and European vacation times so you may just arrive in time. In my opinion, Nice is way nicer than Cannes in any case.
