Not really no... The flight times and business requirements are what they are...

Why not? Loads of people go to Paris for just two or three days. Have a realistic view on what you can do and regard that as a bonus on your business trip. Have a walk from the Place de la Bastille to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can have a look at three quarters of all the famous Parisian landmarks. Pick one of the famous museums - Orsay, Louvre or Centre Pompidou - for a shot of culture. Stroll around and get the atmosphere. And don't worry about what you can't do. Paris will probably be around for the next decade or so.

So you have 2 or 3 days in Paris?

My suggestion would be...,don't spend it all rushing from sight to sight. Choose a couple of things that really interest you, visit them properly and spend the rest of your time wandering, people watching etc.

Don't try to cover too much ground. ..there is enough to see in Paris to fill months. ..

Spend some time on this site: http://anyportinastorm.proboards.com/board/46/paris There is more information on Paris than you will ever need and you make a plan for how you want to spend your time in Paris There are many photo essays to give you an idea of what you have available to you.

When setting out on a journey, do not seek advice from those who have never left home.

The advise you are receiving here is excellent. If you only have a few days in Paris be realistic about what it is that you want to see. If you only have limited time I would suggest taking a Big Bus tour. It is a very touristy thing to do however you get to see many of the key points of the city. It is also a hop on hop of tour and a basic ticket is good for 2 days. You can also book these tickets ahead of time online and print the voucher. Tickets for the Louvre and the Military Museum can also be booked and purchased online before you travel. On both occasions when I went to Paris last year, we avoided the line ups at the Louvre by simply having the tickets ahead of time. We booked the tickets through FNAC
