I got a deal near metro "Epinay Villetaneuse", I was told that it's 2 stops from Gare du Nord, but I can never find it on the map! Is there such a station? I checked all lines including line 2 and 4.
The owner's message:
the train station (5 minutes by walk)we used is called "Epinay Villetaneuse" (the full name is important, because there is another station just called "Epinay"). This is 9 minutes from "Gare du Nord" station (2 stops) and around 15 minutes from Chatelet Les Halles.
If there is such a station, is the area safe to live? and nice?

Epinay-sur-Seine and Villetaneuse are suburbs, and the station is on a suburban train line, neither metro nor RER. Picture of the station here.
There is very rarely any reason to stay in the suburbs if the prime object of your visit is to see Paris. This said, there is nothing wrong with that particular suburb.
