Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of the cheapest way to London from Paris? I know of the national express bus but I can't seem to find the informatin from Paris to London. Or perhaps it's just to fly? Does anyone know if Eurostar do last minuite deals as I just can't afford their prices!
thanks heaps

Hi

I checked out Easyjet for eg. From Luton airport to CDG on 12/9 it will cost you 29 quid (inc taxes) for a little over 2 hr flight. The best I could find on Euroline was 39 quid for a 9 hour coach ride. Check out RyanAir too.

if any of you read this message again a big thanks!! I actually fly to London this friday night so it's more expensive and it gets in really late. I want to catch the eurostar just because it's easier but that's just silly.
Thanks so much, you've been really helpful.

The 2 hours, is only 1 hour (note the difference in time between the UK, and the mainland). Ryanair doesn't fly Paris - London. (and btw. if they would I wouldn't do it, as they fly from Beauvais, and not Orly or CDG)

But never-the-less a good deal. I would prefer the Eurostar if you can get one of the 45 euro tickets, the cheapest ones). For the flights, you also need to take ito acounf the transfer to the city.

Alternatively, you can also get to Calais from Paris, take a ferry (as you don't bring a car, it's cheap), and get to London, from Dover. This might be an option if you are using a railpass. (or you need to research to prices)

You can do the eurostar or fly on one of the low-cost carriers that go from Paris to London. This site has a Cheap Flights from Paris page that can help you.
