Hello,
I'm looking at flights from Marseille back to San Francisco. One option I'm getting is to arrive at Charles de Gaulle at 9:30am from Marseille and then depart for SF at 10:15am. Anyone think that's possible? I'm assuming a domestic flight is going to be in a different terminal than an international flight. Would I be able to make it?
Thanks, linda

Probably not. (99% sure that you cannot )!
Check the terminal - if the SAME terminal then MAYBE - unless you have to pass security again. Going to the US you may even have to pass some extra sucurity due to order from the US authorities.

Despite CDG being the model for the 3rd Circle of Hell, I'm constantly amazed by how people DO manage to make very short connection times.
Note however this is if you are on a CONNECTING flight on one ticket rather than 2 flights on separate tickets and I would go on the assumption that your luggage won't arrive at the same time (or place) as you.
In a worst case - assuming you are on one ticket - it's the airline's problem to get you home.

NO airline will issue a single two leg ticket with a 45 min connecting time to a US bound flight in CDG - pretty sure - but check amadeus reservation system!

It is essentially impossible. Even if you really arrive at 9:30, the security checks for people going to the US will take too long for you get through them in time. In fact, I'm not sure that they would even let you on the flight if you checked in at 9:30 for US bound flight that leaves at 10:15, let alone try to get from your arrival gate to another departure gate and then check in, which will almost certainly be in another terminal. You need 2 hours minimum between flights if your last flight is going to the USA because of security checks.
