banks/ATM's in CDG airport/Avignon

Any ideas if there are any branches/ATM's of Barclay/ BNP Paribas in Avignon and CDG airport? Our bank card waives the service charge if we use these banks. Any other idea for getting the best exhange rate from US dollars to Euro? Thanks

Inside CDG itself, there is only one bank that has a monopoly. I think that currently all of the ATMs are HSBC.

Otherwise, BNP Paribas is everywhere in Paris and Avignon. Barclays has a lot of agencies in Paris -- not so many in the provinces except of the Mediterranean coast.
