I´m planing to visit Zurich this summer - my partner will be there for two weeks and I want to go there for a few days. On the oebb.at I found some cheep tickets but I don´t know how it works. The price from Vienna to Zurich was 39,- euro and the price from Zurich to Vienna was 49,- euro. But I don´t know if this is final price.
I´m not able to read the OBB´s fare condition, because they are in German language. Please, can you help me? Thanks. :)

I'm trying to see if I can book in advance a ticket for my mom and sister from Vienna to Somlo (Hungary). I went on the eurail website, and it seems to be possible to do it over the phone or sending the ticket by mail, but the next step, everything was in german, so I didn't know anymore...
Anybody done it before?

My family of 4 will be biking down the Danube from mid June to early July. I have hotels booked in the major cities (Linz, Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest). I understand the trade off between booking hotels in smaller towns - inflexibility vs ease of already having a place to stay. My biggest concern is that everything will be full when we arrive since this is a very popular ride and we'll spend all our time searching for places to stay, or having to compromise on cost or quality.
Any advice?

I am trying to figure out the best way to get from Austria to Venice, Italy. I can't decide whether to try and leave from Salzburg or Graz. I know Graz is closer (I think at least) but it looks like Salzburg is a bigger city with more/cheaper buses/trains. Any recommendations as far as where to leave from (either Salzburg or Graz) and how to leave (bus, train, etc.) would be awesome!! This would done on the 9th or 10th of August, and I don't mind overnight trains.

We will only have the 1 night in Vienna in June and are looking for someplace we can have a nice dinner that has some entertainment or if anyone has suggestions for evening tour we would love to hear their ideas.

I will be in Vienna for 5 days sometime between 25 July and 2 August. I plan to stay preferably in an apartment but a hotel is also fine. Because dates are uncertain until late June or first week in July I will wait till then to book. Is this too late to find something for that time of year?

I've been communicating with an Austrian guide about a summit attempt on Grossglockner at the end of May. Normally this is ski touring season but he thinks it may be possible to ascend without skis if there is not more significant snowfall.
