Am going to Salzburg for 3D2N so I can have a 1.5 days to see Salzburg. I noticed that there's a accomodation and Sound of Music tour package by PanaromicTour..however, it's kinda pricey. Not sure if anyone has any recommendation for other options or should I just go for the day tour and do accomodation separately?
Would love to see a little more of Salzburg though.. Not just the SoM tour..

If you go to the Salzburg forum on the Trip Advisor website you will find many discussion on the SoM tours. There is a lovely thread from LizR which outlines in great detail a do-it-yourself SoM tour. Maybe this would work for you.
Hi Claire,
I joined the cycling tour (Maria Bicycle tour) which was comprehensive and good. We saw quite a fair bit of locations and the guide was good as well. Not expensive.. 22€ per pax. It was almost a 3.5hrs tour which I think is very worth it.

He was fast in his response n was accommodative as well.. I had to change my booking twice because of my itenarary in other countries.
