Running events or suggestions in Vienna around end of the year?

Hello.

I am in Vienna for a more than a week, from 26/12 to 04/01.

Does anybody know a good website to find running races (or even better if there is any) not too far from Vienna? Any local 5K, 10K or half marathon on Saturday or Sunday would be great. If nothing available, any running path in the city, or trail running in the surrounding area that is worth taking?

My German is quite rusty so I am not sure I can simply browse around...

The races during the last days of the year are always fun. Vienna has its on the 31rst, at 11 am, just a bit more than 5 km.
