Lauds Air Reliablity and Early Morning Train from Vienna

I'm wondering if it's wise to book a train departing Vienna Miedling ~8:30 am after arriving VIE at 2:15 am on a Lauda Air direct flight from Antalya, Turkey. The buses to Miedling start around 5 or 6 am so as long as the flight arrives on time and there are no baggage screw ups, I should be OK. Is Lauda Air generally on time?

There are tons of connections from Vienna airport to Klagenfurt and Prague, even earlier in the morning. So, i can't see what's the problem.

Yes, but there is exactly one direct, nonstop train to Lienz ~8:30 am which is what I prefer because then I'm taking the post bus to Heiligenblut so I'm trying to get there with as few transfers as possible.
