I went to Wien for a short week-end getaway last November and one evening I had dinner in a small place called Kuishimbo.
It's a small "restaurant" (10 customers max) and the japanese family which owns it cooks all kinds of noodles, soups, onigiri.... all the basic japanese dishes. It's delicious, fast and cheap.
Kuishimbo it's in the Mariahilf area: the adress is Linke Wienzeile 40, which is right after the Naschmarkt.
