From Vienna to Munich

With only one week, I'd skip Graz as it is quite a detour. Unless you've already seen Munich, I'd maybe even skip Innsbruck, as 7 days isn't really enough for 4 cities, as you'd need at least 2 days in Vienna, 2 days in Salzburg and 2 days in Munich (or Innsbruck), with the extra day needed to travel in between the 3 cities. Between Salzburg and Munich there are frequent trains that take only roughly 2 hours, so there is no need to stop over in between. The same goes for Innsbruck, from which trains take around 2.5 to 3 hours.

Than you! but my trip is focused on Austria. Then I think I can't miss Innsbruck even if i've never been to Munich...

If you decide to visit Innsbruck:
there are two possible train routes to Munich, the intercity goes via Rosenheim, back tracking the same route you came along from Salzburg. That's 1 hour 50 minutes.
There is another route via Seefeld, Mittenwald. There are direct trains which take 2 hours 50 minutes. The scenery is especially beautiful. And I would recommend to take this route.
You'll need about 30 to 60 minutes more to get to Munich airport.

What you are planning on seeing are the Austrian cities. All of them very beautiful and well worth seeing, a week won't be enough for it. Although I have the impression that you are asking for something different. And Austria indeed has a lot more to offer, there are very beautiful rural areas as well. You could for example spend two days at a lake in the Salzkammergut. No problem to get there with public transport. Your route would change to: Vienna - some lake - Salzburg - Munich.

One warning - Mondays are terrible days to be in Vienna. Almost everything of interest to tourists will be closed. Off the top of my head the only things I can think of that will be open will be Schoenbrun Palace and the Zentralfriedhof (Central Cemetery - final resting place of Beethoven, Brahms, etc.). Your schedule probably puts you in Vienna on a Monday, so if you plan to go to any museums, you definitely need to do that on either Aug. 9 or Aug. 11. If you go to the Zentralfiedhof, do note that the Mozart marker is simply a cenotaph. Mozart was buried in an unmarked grave at St. Marx. Attempts to find his remains over the years have failed, most recently in the past year or so when a DNA test proved that some bones thought to belong to Mozart were not his.

It is not true, that everything is closed in Vienna on monday! jman is posting this again and again, but it is completly untrue! There are some small museums that close on mondays but everything else is opened like every other day (including all the important museums).

I had a quick look around the homepages, the only major museum that seems to be closed is the Kunsthistorisches. And the visitor center of the Spanish riding school is also closed.
But Schönbrunn, Belvedere, Albertina, Schatzkammer, MQ... are all open, I'd say they manage to keep every tourist busy enough for a Monday
