My cousin! who is going move her house from London to Surrey and she wants a reputed removal company which can move her house in a safe way, her budget is low so the removal company's budget should be normal please suggest some reputed removal companies which services you already used or experience.

If she is just in a small flat with little furniture, then find a local "man with a van" but she must surely know this.

We used Burke & Wills for a similar move, and found them very good and very reasonable. It depends on the budget obviously...

The Hell of a Moving Home Company
I recently contracted Moving Home Company Ltd based in UK to render a removal service from France to Australia. I had a very good contact with their sales representative and they offered a very good price for a groupage service. They also showed a lot of accreditations to removers association and after a quick company screening I could not find any bad review.
I therefore decided to select this company for our move and paid in full on June 7th for a delivery in Melbourne by the end of October.
Then the problem started. They forgot our removal and planned it in last minute after I chased them. Then they did not anticipate and plan the shipment of the container to Australia and I had to make hundreds of calls and send tens of email to get some information.
Now it seems that our container will arrive in Melbourne mid November meaning that hopefully it should be delivered to us just before Christmas... And I wonder what I will get and in what shape...
There are of course consequences for us as we have to extend the serviced apartment we currently occupy and we can't have a permanent address (there are consequences for school enrolment in Australia).
Of course I complained I did not get any answers for weeks. finally they offered me £100 as per their standard terms & conditions.
I contacted a solicitor and I am about to take this case further. He confirmed that under the terms of the Consumer Protection Act of 1987 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act of 1982, a remover is required to render his services with reasonable care and skill. This applies both to the physical and to the administrative aspects of a removal. If this requirement has not been met then Common Law prevails over a remover’s contract conditions and the onus of proof changes in the favour of the client and the scale of recompense may be enhanced beyond the limits specified in the removal contract.
