Haggis ingredients:- Sheep's stomach or ox secum. Heart and lungs & liver of one lamb. Beef or lamb trimmings, fat and lean. etc. etc.

Vegetarian Haggis ingredients :- Onion. Sunflower oil. Carrots. Mushrooms. Lentils. Kidney beans. Peanuts. Hazelnuts. Soy sauce. etc. etc.

Spot the difference.

Vegetarian haggis has been around for at least 30 years. There are several different makes. They're not usually as spicy as the meat ones but can be pretty good in their own right.

Vegetarian Haggis is nice.

I saw one of your other posts OP. Haggis 'off the bone'?. At least with the vegi one the bone is not an issue.

Gone to the dogs indeed.

How is it haggis? What is it wrapped in?

Surely it is just some savoury pudding?

I'm a veggie and have tried different types of veggie haggis - nice and spicy, filling and nutritious and all that but each lacked an edible wrapping; so no not really haggis.
