Hello, I'm planning a 2 weeks trip in Scotland in September. What are the most rewarding easy to moderate walks in Scotland?
By this, I mean hikes maybe a couple of hours long, whitout more than 500 m of ascent. so far, I'm interested in the climb above The Old Men of Storr on Skye, but I'm searching for other options.

Thanks for your answer
Steve

The walk up Nevis Gorge to Steall Falls, near Fort William. Or walk from the ski area parking lot in the Cairngorms to the base of one or more of the corries. Two of thousands, and the site Pedro linked to is an excellent source of ideas.

Through the Trossachs is really nice. Plenty of places to park up free (if you're travelling up by car).
Further up, I like the area along the flat in the middle, hills on both sides, A9 road. The walking there is divine and there are plenty of both good reataurants and fine B&B's along the way.
