One of my PET HATES as well....drives me absolutely nuts!!!!

Alright, my husband is hopeless and his hotel in Dublin is on Stillorgan Road by University College Dublin and RTE (whatever that is, its in the hotel's description). As I am not there I have no idea what he is near or whatever but if anyone has any idea of where he could get some free WiFi that would be great. His hotel has some expensive plan and the signal in the lobby is very bad apparently so if there is a public place nearby let me know. I know if I was there I would be out wandering…

Does anyone know if there is a pub quiz in Enniskillen on a Thursday night?

we're thinking about a long weekend to Northern Ireland... and I'm interested in knowing if anyone has recommendations of amazing places to stay up towards the coast near the GC. Pubs / Inns / Country hotels / GUesthouses.... alls options will be considered.

Is it too much traveling to try and drive from Belfast to Donegal and see the Giant's Causeway in a day? If not, can you recommend an itinerary with a B&B or hotel somewhere midway?

i am getting in to dublin on wednesday morning....at 5 freaking 30 ...so will just have rested up in time to see the england-russia game. wondering if anyone knows a good pub that will be showing the match...in the city centre area?

My family and I are traveling to Dublin next summer. I have a couple questions. The first is which airline is best from Washington DC to Dublin? How much should we expect to pay in airline tickets to fly in early July? We are going to Dublin for a couple of days and then renting a boat to cruise the Shannon River. We plan to do so through Emerald Star and cruise one-way from Carrick-on-Shannon to Portumna. Does anyone have any advance/comments?

I have a very good friend who is currently living in Ireland for a few years. She is originally from Canada (Winnipeg, Manitoba to be more precise). I would desperately love to send her a care package of things she might be missing. I have visited Ireland but it's so long ago I've kind of forgotten what things we have here (in Canada) that are not for sale (or at least very hard to come by) in Ireland (specifically, Dublin).
