i intend to visit ireland for 7-8 days (from may 30)
i'm solo traveler and i will rent a car (driving on the wrong side, OMG!)
first&last days at dublin and then a few day of a road trip to:
Glendalough - Walking Trail - Spinc and Glenealo Valley (White Route)
Rock of Cashel
The Ring of Beara - Healy Pass
Killarney National Park
Dingle Peninsula
The Cliffs of Moher
Kilkee cliffs
Back to Dublin
any Ideas for improving the trip?

Suggest you read the relevant sections of http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/introduction-to-the-highway-code as they don't seem to do one specifically for Ireland.
Yes, I know it is but "search" says it applies to Ireland also, as it appears they don't list one, as inferred in my other post.
Have you any activities planned?
Sea kayaking with the seals down in adrigole bay, near glengarrif on the beara peninsula is great craic. You can just pull in off the road and they'll give you everything you need for €12. You may aswell get into the water rather than just look at it!
Dereen gardens are lovely swell on the way up towards lauragh

Make sure and take in some trad music when you're in Co. Clare!
If you want to see a really beautiful village in Ireland go to Eyries, way out the bear peninsula, it wins awards for how gorgeous it is and used to be on the front cover of lonely planet. However still v few tourists, but when you check the map you'll see why!! :D
