i think the cliffs of moher interpretive centre is actually really nice. I mean it's a tourist trap granted, and the stuff inside really isn't worth €30 million euro, but i think once it's completly finished and the grass regrows on the roof, it'll be really pretty! it doesn't intrude all that much on the landscape....

DublinNYC you've just said everything i was about to say. The term British Isles is stricly geographical and a very dated one at that. I lived in the UK for the past three years and some people i met seem to think the terms "UK" and "Briitsh Isles" are interchangeable. You cant blame people for their ignorance on every occassion though. Sometimes you just have to set them straight as calmly andunpatronisingly as possible, although this wavery, very hard sometimes and i found myself in plenty of arguements on more than one occassion, particul
