I need some help planning an up coming holiday in Ireland. Heading to Dingle for the half marathon on the 3rd and plan on making a holiday the next week but don't know what to do.
Stay in Dingle? Go to Cork?
We want to do some walking and fit a spa day in too. Can anyone recommend things to do in the region. Need to be making our way back up to Dublin for Sunday the 11th. So a night in Wexford.

How are you travelling? That will be the deciding factor in where you travel? Why do you need a night in Wexford on the way back to Dublin?

I agree that it's hard to see how Wexford fits in here. If you are driving then Cork is more readily accessible than if you are on public transport, and it's also easier to get to places around Dingle.
There are plenty of good places to go hiking in Kerry and perhaps there may also be in the nearby parts of Cork, not so much around Cork city. But the latter is definitely a very pleasant place to spend a day or two, and the coastline west from Cork city is beautiful.
The Malton hotel in Killarney is excellent, and Óstán na Sceilge just outside Dingle also has a spa.
