Hello! My friend and I are both thinking about road tripping through some European countries, and want to take an estimated 4-6 months to travel. A lot of it would be done through trains, buses, and cars, along with the occasional flight.
Locations:
Ireland
Scotland
England
France
Italy
Greece

We'd be stopping at about 32 cities, perhaps less if we cut some out and opt for more driving. We obviously expect it to cost quite a lot, but in Canadian dollars, could we have an estimate?
Thanks!

Nobody can give an accurate answer, with the restricted info. you've posted.
Are you booking the trains with advance (bucket loads cheaper than 'Turn up and pay on the day') tickets?
Your accommodation: 5* hotels or wild camping?
Canadian Dollars are no good in Europe, except with a really lousy exchange rate. You need to use either €'s in all the countries above (except England and Scotland where it's £'s), or bring plastic.
32 cities that you haven't mentioned at all, Maybe Paris, London or Rome (3 of the world's most expensive ones), or somewhere else?
You say 'Road tripping', but then mention trains. Mmmm.
The occasional flight: From where to where exactly?
What I am saying here, is that to quote a suggested budget with what you've posted is totally impossible - sorry.

I take it you have an Eu passport or three of those months will be outside the Schengen zone.
