I really want to get out of London and do some day trips no one else is really interested so will be doing it alone. I wondered what some good places are to see by yourself, I am female late 20s, into history, usual sightseeing, and nature, scenery etc.

Was considering Bath.

But would also love to do the Cotswolds, but think they would be better done with someone else.

Any suggestions for a lone female traveller would be good

I will be travelling to Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, and London and I would like tips from anyone who knows these places well on places to eat notable local food. I am thinking typically working class restaurants that have been there for years. I think if you like these kind of places as I do, you'll know what I mean

I am looking to get a group of 28 people (14 Double rooms ) into a Central London Hotel (4-5 star) for a Saturday night sometime in October or November, we are looking for a "Hip" hotel.

We are in our late 20's and early 30's

Any hotel recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know anything about fishing in the south east of England?

I am looking to book a week long recuperative holiday for a man in his late 50s with mobility problems (currently living in London) and wanted to know the best fishing areas, not too remote, somewhere with a nice B&B he can go and stay at, walking distance to local amenities.

Hi people,

I'll travel by plane through london in a few month, and i'll have a flight connection from Heathrow to Gatwick, with a night between.
My first flight is arriving on the evenning and my second one is taking off the next day early in the morning.
I would use the night between to discover the london nightlife, and it will be easier if i don't have a 25kg bag to carry ...

Can someone tell me if there is a location in London where i'll find a left luggage service which is opened all night…
