£10 for a Freeview box in Tesco's - Asda have them around the £20 mark, You can get one with a card for Setanta sports for about £50-£60

Most require a Scart connection between box & TV so if you don't have a Scart socket on your TV you'll have to pay around £70 for one that has a built in modulator so you can plug it into your aerial socket

And just because you get lousy reception on normal TV doesn't mean you'll get lousy digital reception
