Walking Dover to St Mary's

Hello everyone,

I love the UK coast and I think that the best way to see it is to walk it. I heard that the stretch between Dover and St Mary's is a very good walk. But is there anyone who could give me some more information? Such as how long it would take to walk (I am slow), if there are any stops on the way (toilets and/or places to buy water), how I can actually get on the track once in Dover, transport from St Mary's and whatever else you could tell me would be very much appreciated.
