Hello there. I'm from London and live in Barcelona currently, but want to go back home in the next few months. I want to take my girlfriend with me, but I do not have the option to have her living with my parents. So I need to hear of any schemes in which she can come over and work with free accommodation, due to her lack of funds.
Obviously we are exploring the au pair route and have applied for a handful of families as of yet, so any reliable sources of finding more au pair families would be appreciated too.
As for my girlfriend. She's 22 and has a masters degree in Psychology. She has some experience working with kids, but otherwise no work experience besides occasional translation and private tutoring. She is also fluent in Spanish, French and Catalan and displays a very confident level of English. Any help would be appreciated as I really want it to work out.
